On October 15, 2020, millions of people will participate in the largest earthquake drill ever: ShakeOut! Why? Earthquakes can happen any time, anywhere, which is why everyone, everywhere should know how to protect themselves should an earthquake occur.
How to Participate
You can participate wherever you are! It only takes a few minutes.
Residents (non-TERN members): Register for yourself and your family at ShakeOut.org/register, then let us know how it went.
TERN members: We've registered as an organization. Please participate and then let us know so we can report how many TERN members participated in the drill.
Everyone: Review the Recommended Earthquake Safety Actions Guide linked to below for current information on how to stay safe in an earthquake.
